Trialy jsou zkou\u0161kami zru\u010dnosti na kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch trat\u00edch.<\/p><p><strong>1.1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159edpoklady \u00fa\u010dasti<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.1.1. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edkem z\u00e1vodu je \u201epos\u00e1dka, kterou tvo\u0159\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d a vozidlo. Spolujezdec je voliteln\u00fd a jeho zm\u011bna v pr\u016fb\u011bhu z\u00e1vodu neznamen\u00e1 zm\u011bnu pos\u00e1dky. Jak\u00e1koliv zm\u011bna uvnit\u0159 pos\u00e1dky (jin\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d na p\u016fvodn\u00edm vozidle, nebo jin\u00e9 vozidlo v rukou p\u016fvodn\u00edho \u0159idi\u010de) znamen\u00e1 vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9 pos\u00e1dky.<\/p><p>\u00a01.1.2. \u0158idi\u010d mus\u00ed vlastnit platn\u00fd n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \/mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed\/ \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00fd pr\u016fkaz pro v sout\u011b\u017ei jedouc\u00ed vozidlo. V\u00fdjimku povoluje \u0159editel z\u00e1vodu.<\/p><p>\u00a01.1.3. Spolujezdec mlad\u0161\u00ed 18 let mus\u00ed m\u00edt p\u00edsemn\u00fd souhlas z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupce. Spolujezdec nen\u00ed povinn\u00fd.<\/p><p>\u00a01.1.4.\u00a0<strong>Ochrann\u00e9 motoristick\u00e9 p\u0159ilby &#8211; POVINN\u00c9<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 P\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ka<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.2.1. P\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ka se odevzd\u00e1v\u00e1 na formul\u00e1\u0159i vydan\u00e9m po\u0159adatelem. Formul\u00e1\u0159 je t\u0159eba \u00fapln\u011b a \u010diteln\u011b vyplnit. Je t\u0159eba podat v\u0161echna po\u017eadovan\u00e1 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed. P\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ku podepisuje \u0159idi\u010d a p\u0159\u00edp. tak\u00e9 spolujezdec\/ z\u00e1konn\u00fd z\u00e1stupce \/. Zm\u011bna za\u0159azen\u00ed vozidel v kategorii nen\u00ed po uz\u00e1v\u011brce p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ek mo\u017en\u00e1. V\u00fdjimkou jsou pouze chybn\u00e1 za\u0159azen\u00ed.<\/p><p><strong>1.3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Startovn\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed a kategorie<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.3.1. Za Le\u0161t\u011bnku se pova\u017euj\u00ed vozy, kter\u00e9 jsou schopny provozu na pozemn\u00edch komunikac\u00edch a jim podobn\u00e9 vozy (bez STK, dovoz bez doklad\u016f).<\/p><p><strong>1.4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed dokument\u016f a technick\u00e1 p\u0159ej\u00edmka<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.4.1. P\u0159ed sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed se kontroluj\u00ed dokumenty \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka a vozidla. \u0158idi\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 dokumenty p\u0159edlo\u017eili, obdr\u017e\u00ed j\u00edzdn\u00ed v\u00fdkaz.<\/p><p>\u00a01.4.2. K prov\u011brce dokument\u016f mus\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk p\u0159edlo\u017eit platn\u00fd n\u00e1rodn\u00ed resp. mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00fd pr\u016fkaz.<\/p><p>\u00a01.4.3. K technick\u00e9 p\u0159ej\u00edmce se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk mus\u00ed dostavit se sout\u011b\u017en\u00edm automobilem a p\u0159edepsan\u00fdm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm vybaven\u00edm.<\/p><p>\u00a01.4.4. Vozidla neodpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed technick\u00fdch ustanoven\u00edm budou odm\u00edtnuta. U odstraniteln\u00fdch z\u00e1vad m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt stanovena nov\u00e1 p\u0159ej\u00edmka. Ta je na\u0159\u00edzena v\u017edy, pokud jsou vozidla po\u0161kozena po p\u0159ej\u00edmce. Po\u0161kozen\u00e1 a pot\u00e9 opraven\u00e1 vozidla sm\u00ed b\u00fdt nasazena jen po dobrozd\u00e1n\u00ed technick\u00fdmi komisa\u0159i.<\/p><p><strong>1.5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Technick\u00fd stav<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.5.1. Vozidla mus\u00ed po dobu cel\u00e9 akce odpov\u00eddat v\u0161em technick\u00fdm ustanoven\u00edm.<\/p><p>\u00a01.5.2. Po startu sout\u011b\u017ee se nesm\u00ed na vozidle m\u011bnit typ a velikost pneumatik.<\/p><p><strong>1.6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tr\u00e9nink, postaven\u00ed na startu a porada \u0159idi\u010d\u016f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.6.1. Tr\u00e9nink v sout\u011b\u017en\u00edch sekc\u00edch nen\u00ed povolen. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 osoba sm\u00ed startovat jako \u0159idi\u010d v jedn\u00e9 kategorii v ka\u017ed\u00e9 sekci jen jednou.<\/p><p>\u00a01.6.2. P\u0159ed otev\u0159en\u00edm sekc\u00ed se kon\u00e1 rozprava jezdc\u016f, \u00fa\u010dast je povinn\u00e1.<\/p><p>\u00a01.6.3. Po\u0159adatel stanov\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00ed sekc\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00e9m \u010dase. Mus\u00ed o tom informovat nejd\u00e9le na konci rozpravy jezdc\u016f.<\/p><p><strong>1.7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 P\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.7.1. V\u00edt\u011bzem kategorie je \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk s nejmen\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem trestn\u00fdch bod\u016f.<\/p><p><strong>1.10.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Zapo\u010dten\u00ed z\u00e1vodu<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.10.1.\u00a0\u00a0 Zapo\u010dten\u00ed z\u00e1vodu do seri\u00e1lu je mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze p\u0159i po\u010dtu startuj\u00edc\u00edch pos\u00e1dek\u00a0<strong>4<\/strong>\u00a0a v\u00edce v kategorii.<\/p><p><strong>1.11.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed okolnosti pro pokuty (tresty) \/ diskvalifikace<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.11.1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci se zavazuj\u00ed k sportovn\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed. K po\u0159adatel\u016fm a rozhod\u010d\u00edm v sekci se chovaj\u00ed loaj\u00e1ln\u011b a vyvaruj\u00ed se \u010dehokoliv, co by mohlo po\u0161kodit z\u00e1jmy automobilov\u00e9ho sportu.<\/p><p>\u00a01.11.2.\u00a0\u00a0 Ka\u017ed\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto pravidel chov\u00e1n\u00ed a sportovn\u00edch pravidel m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt potrest\u00e1no diskvalifikac\u00ed.<\/p><p>\u00a01.11.3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed seznam nen\u00ed definitivn\u00edm v\u00fd\u010dtem, uvedena jsou pouze nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed provin\u011bn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd trest.<\/p><p>\u00a01.11.3.1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hrub\u011b nedbal\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed: varov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e diskvalifikace (rozhod\u010d\u00ed v sekci)<\/p><p>\u00a01.11.3.2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel j\u00edzdy: varov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e diskvalifikace (rozhod\u010d\u00ed v sekci)<\/p><p>\u00a01.11.3.3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pokyn\u016f po\u0159adatele nebo rozhod\u010d\u00edch v sekci: varov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e diskvalifikace (rozhod\u010d\u00ed v sekci).<\/p><p><strong>1.12.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Protesty<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.12.1.\u00a0\u00a0 Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk m\u016f\u017ee vzn\u00e9st protest proti vozu jin\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka. Pokud p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee toto vozidlo neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 technick\u00fdm pravidl\u016fm. Protest je t\u0159eba p\u0159edat v\u00fdhradn\u011b \u0159editeli z\u00e1vodu.<\/p><p>\u00a01.12.2.\u00a0\u00a0 P\u0159edm\u011bt protestu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt jasn\u00fd, d\u016fvod protestu se mus\u00ed uv\u00e9st konkr\u00e9tn\u011b.<\/p><p>\u00a01.12.3.\u00a0\u00a0 Lh\u016fty protestu: protesty technick\u00e9ho r\u00e1zu se mus\u00ed podat do 30 minut po ukon\u010den\u00ed sekce (j\u00edzdy doty\u010dn\u00e9ho jezdce).<\/p><p>\u00a01.12.4.\u00a0\u00a0 Ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed protestu p\u0159izve \u0159editel z\u00e1vodu dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b osoby podle sv\u00e9 volby (pokud mo\u017eno rozhod\u010d\u00ed ze sekc\u00ed ). Toto gr\u00e9mium t\u0159\u00ed osob rozhoduje o protestu p\u0159i zohledn\u011bn\u00ed pravidel. Rozhoduje prost\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina hlas\u016f. Pokud jsou p\u0159izvan\u00e9 osoby \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky podniku, nesm\u00ed to b\u00fdt jezdci nebo spolujezdci z t\u00e9 sam\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy jako p\u0159edkladatel protestu nebo p\u0159edm\u011bt protestu. D\u00e1le je t\u0159eba db\u00e1t na to, aby se nejednalo o \u010dleny stejn\u00e9ho klubu.<\/p><p>\u00a01.12.5.\u00a0\u00a0 P\u0159i p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed protestu kancel\u00e1\u0159i se mus\u00ed zaplatit poplatek ve v\u00fd\u0161i 500 K\u010d v hotovosti.<\/p><p>\u00a01.12.6.\u00a0\u00a0 Poplatek propad\u00e1 po\u0159adateli, pokud protest nen\u00ed uzn\u00e1n jako opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd.<\/p><p>\u00a01.12.7.\u00a0\u00a0 Protest m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pod\u00e1n pouze proti vozu stejn\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy.<\/p><p><strong>1.13.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proces odvol\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.13.1.\u00a0\u00a0 Proti rozhodnut\u00ed o protestu se je mo\u017en\u00e9 odvolat. Pokud se podavatel protestu nebo druh\u00e1 osoba odvol\u00e1, je t\u0159eba odvol\u00e1n\u00ed dodat \u0159editeli z\u00e1vodu v p\u00edsemn\u00e9 podob\u011b do t\u0159iceti minut od ozn\u00e1men\u00ed v\u00fdsledku jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o protestu.<\/p><p>\u00a01.13.2.\u00a0\u00a0 K odvol\u00e1n\u00ed od podavatele protestu nebo druh\u00e9 osoby mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ilo\u017een poplatek 500 K\u010d.<\/p><p><strong>1.14.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 V\u00fdklad a ot\u00e1zky<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.14.1.\u00a0 Organizaci sekce pod\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 informace rozhod\u010d\u00ed v sekci.<\/p><p>\u00a01.14.2.\u00a0\u00a0 V\u00fdklad pravidel je vyhrazen rozhod\u010d\u00edmu v sekci a jako posledn\u00ed instanci \u0159editeli z\u00e1vodu a hlavn\u00edmu rozhod\u010d\u00edmu z\u00e1vodu.<\/p><p><strong>1.15.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reverz<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a01.15.1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u0158idi\u010d a spolujezdec vyj\u00e1d\u0159\u00ed p\u00edsemn\u011b, p\u0159i odevzd\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ky, z\u0159eknut\u00ed se na n\u00e1roky pro ka\u017ed\u00fd typ \u0161kody v souvislosti s akc\u00ed. Z\u0159eknut\u00ed se vztahuje na ve\u0161ker\u00e9 z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 subjekty.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Po\u0159adatel<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a02.1.\u00a0\u00a0 Po\u0159adatel m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo zm\u011bnit z\u00e1vod nebo jej od\u0159eknout na z\u00e1klad\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed moci nebo z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f ani\u017e by musel nahrazovat \u0161kody.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Vozidlo<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>3.1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 P\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e1 vozidla<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a03.1.1. Z\u00fa\u010dastnit se mohou pouze ter\u00e9nn\u00ed vozy s pohonem \u010dty\u0159 kol. Pro skupinu Le\u0161t\u011bnek mus\u00ed b\u00fdt celosv\u011btov\u011b vyrobeno nejm\u00e9n\u011b 50 identick\u00fdch voz\u016f, co\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pochybnost\u00ed mus\u00ed dolo\u017eit vlastn\u00edk.<\/p><p>\u00a03.1.2. Pokud pos\u00e1dka p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed \u010dasov\u00fd limit, n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed branky budou po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1ny jako neprojet\u00e9 a bude p\u0159i\u010dteno nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 ukon\u010den\u00ed.<\/p><p>Ji\u017e projet\u00e1 branka se nesm\u00ed projet znovu (vp\u0159ed ani vzad). Do ji\u017e projet\u00e9 branky je mo\u017eno znovu nacouvat, ale nen\u00ed mo\u017eno procouvat branku cel\u00fdm obvodem vozidla. Po projet\u00ed se body za dotyk a pora\u017een\u00ed ty\u010de po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed znovu.<\/p><p>\u00a06.2.6. Startovn\u00ed branka m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt libovoln\u011b daleko p\u0159ed 1. brankou a c\u00edlov\u00e1 branka libovoln\u011b daleko po posledn\u00ed brance.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a06.3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pr\u016fjezd sekcemi<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a06.3.1. Po\u010det pr\u016fjezd\u016f ciz\u00edmi brankami nen\u00ed omezen.<\/p><p>\u00a06.3.2. B\u011bhem pr\u016fjezdu sekc\u00ed je povoleno mno\u017estv\u00ed spolujezdc\u016f podle m\u00edst ve vozidle, ale mus\u00ed m\u00edt podepsan\u00fd reverz. Spolujezdec nemus\u00ed sekci absolvovat.\u00a0Na startu a v\u00a0c\u00edli mus\u00ed b\u00fdt cel\u00e1 pos\u00e1dka p\u0159ipout\u00e1na. B\u011bhem j\u00edzdy v\u00a0sekci je p\u0159ipout\u00e1n\u00ed na zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed pos\u00e1dky, ale na upozorn\u011bn\u00ed rozhod\u010d\u00edho, je povinnost se p\u0159ipoutat.<\/p><p>\u00a06.3.3. Spolujezdci mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159i pr\u016fjezdu startovn\u00ed a c\u00edlov\u00e9 branky ve vozidle. V sekci je povoleno vystupovat z vozu<\/p><p>\u00a06.3.4. Po\u010d\u00e1tek a konec sekce jsou z\u0159eteln\u011b ozna\u010deny. Sekce za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 protnut\u00edm jak\u00e9koliv \u010d\u00e1sti vozidla pomyslnou \u010darou u tabule ozna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed START. Sekce kon\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e cel\u00fd v\u016fz opust\u00ed spojnici branky C\u00cdL. To sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed pro branky v sekci.<\/p><p>\u00a06.3.5. Obj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed branky je povolen\u00e9. Mus\u00ed se v\u0161ak projet branky v ur\u010den\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed. Pokud \u0159idi\u010d projede n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed brankou ani\u017e by projel branku ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed, hodnot\u00ed se vynechan\u00e1 branka jako neprojet\u00e1.<\/p><p>\u00a06.3.6. Branka je projet\u00e1, jestli\u017ee vozidlo projede branku minim\u00e1ln\u011b jedn\u00edm p\u0159edn\u00edm kolem ve sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy a vozidlo opust\u00ed branku pop\u0159edu nebo bokem.<\/p><p>\u00a06.3.7. Vstup do sekce p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b vozidla v sekci je zak\u00e1z\u00e1n. V\u00fdjimku m\u016f\u017ee povolit rozhod\u010d\u00ed sekce a to pouze pos\u00e1dk\u00e1m nebo fotograf\u016fm. Pokud pos\u00e1dka kter\u00e1 nesout\u011b\u017e\u00ed, se chce zdr\u017eovat v sekci, mus\u00ed m\u00edt helmy na hlav\u011b.<\/p><p>6.3.8. Pokud pos\u00e1dka vynech\u00e1 br\u00e1nu ( projede 1. a pak \u00a0se vyd\u00e1 do t\u0159et\u00ed), lze dokon\u010dit sekci.
